Ready to take your business to the next level? Here are just a few of the 40+ improvements included in your NAPA TRACS update:
- A “Work Order Completed” check box shows up on the WO Summary Screens.
- Invoice warning alerts are now highlighted in yellow before repair orders or estimates are invoiced.
- New Message Alerts, including pop-ups if important items are overlooked, i.e. when a category is missing in a repair order, when an item is missing a listed pricing, or when a service writer is missing on a repair order.
- New Customer and Vehicle Fields, including vehicle state inspection, tire size, and updated inspection features.
- New Repair Order Fields, including drive-in or tow-in, primary and secondary failure notes, and vehicle “arrived by” sales report.
- PO Enhancements, including a search option and a “read only” option.
- A help drop-down menu has been added to the user manual.
- Customer Email Reports now show customers’ contact information.
- Other enhancements, including Canadian Provinces added to the location field and service history sorted in descending order.
