CSI makes it easy for shops to hear the voices of their customers. CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) uses the “ASK LISTEN RETAIN” process to help you increase sales and create loyal customers.
Drive Actionable Customer Feedback
After service at your location customers can complete an online survey from their computer, mobile device, or through the NAPA AutoCare App. Additionally, customers of NAPA AutoCare member locations are given a chance to win a gift card as an incentive to complete the survey.
Managers receive email notifications immediately after a negative survey is completed, creating an opportunity to quickly deal with the issue and create another loyal customer.
Built-In Software Integration
If your shop is using NAPA TRACS, customers can receive an automated email or SMS message inviting them to complete a survey after each repair order is closed. Other software integrations include the NAPA App, MechanicNet, KUKUI, DemandForce, automated AAA reporting, and synchronization to your Digital Menu Board.
