TRACS Enterprise 3.5
We are pleased to announce the release of TRACS Enterprise version 3.5. Below is a list of the new features and enhancements since the release of 3.4.
Windows 7, 8, and 8.1 are no longer supported operating systems. If you are running your TRACS Enterprise system on one of these operating systems, you need to update your system and/or computer(s) to ensure you can continue running TRACS Enterprise without issue.
New Features
SideKick360 and Maintenance Hunter
● The SideKick360 integration with TRACS Enterprise enables you to open and view the vehicle services recommended by Maintenance Hunter within the TRACS Enterprise application
○ Passes the vehicle information directly from the TRACS Enterprise Work Order

Enhancements
Work Order
● Access the Profitability Graph by using the F12 key from the Work Order Summary screen
● Enter a new item on the Work Order by typing in the Description field
● Multiple Technicians assigned to a Work Order Line Item – hover over to see the assigned technicians
● Right click option to “Move” selected items to a Sub-Estimate
● RO Reference Number now displays on the Work Order print out
● Work Order Billed Hours Total displayed at the bottom of the Work Order Line Items
● Vehicle notes now print on the Job Ticket
Text to Pay
● You can now change the payment amount before sending the Text to Pay request
Customer Export
● Now includes the Customer Group
Purchase Orders
● Partially received Purchase Orders now update Quantity on Hand
Quick Quote
● Expand all prior data with one click
Reports
● Sales by Service Writer report – now includes Effective Labor Rate
