SmartCall
It’s a given–businesses with great customer service tend to perform better. One way to really rev up your shop’s customer service is to greet customers by name and know their service history. By adding the new TRACS SmartCall application to your shop’s phone system, you can instantly have this information available whenever a customer calls. It’s like super caller-ID…for auto technicians!
How it works: Before the phone even rings, SmartCall instantly displays the calling customer’s info on your computer screen. You’ll be able to distinguish between new and existing customers, see their name and contact information, and view their vehicle repair orders. Once the call is completed, the pop-up automatically disappears from the screen.
At the end of the day, you can also review the number of calls and individual call times, allowing you to review after-hours calls and recover missed sales opportunities.

It provides real-world information, user-created tips, workarounds, and diagnostic trouble shooting so technicians can easily complete repair jobs.
How it works: Your computer will be able to provide descriptions, procedures, specifications and diagrams to assist you with each repair job. This saves time so you don’t have to conduct multiple lookups to find a diagnosis and needed parts. PRODEMAND is great for everyone because it presents the repair, diagnostic and maintenance information in a consistent, easy-to-understand format.
