TRACS Enterprise 2.10

We are pleased to announce the release of TRACS Enterprise version 2.10. Below is a list of the new features and enhancements since the release of 2.9.

New Features

Electronic Signature Capture

● Electronic Signature Capture available with 360 Payments Credit Card Terminals

● Capture signatures electronically during the Estimate, Approval, Invoice, and Payment steps in TRACS Enterprise

● Credit Card Receipt information now printed on Invoices

Schedule/Calendar Enhancements

● The new Month View displays the number of appointments and assigned hours

● New mouse over functionality to quickly see appointment details

● Additional appointment statuses for Diagnosis in Progress, Waiting on Approval, Waiting on Parts

● Ability to create a recurrence for blocking employee times – lunch, vacation, etc.

Hazardous Material Fees

● Hazardous Material Fees were added to Supplies/Other Charges enabling fees to be customized and added to a Work Order

OE RepairLink

● OEC RepairLink catalog provides 24/7 access to your preferred dealership suppliers. You can access the catalog from an open work order and search for parts by VIN or year/make/model, which is automatically populated from your work order.

AAA Repair Shop Portal

● For AAA Company Owned or Approved Auto Repair facilities, TRACS Enterprise now integrates with Repair Shop Portal

● Contact your local AAA representative to activate Repair Shop Portal (RSP) for NAPA TRACS, or if you have any questions regarding the RSP application
