Increased PROLink Functionality
● Access PROLink without a Work Order open
● PROLink retains the search results when going between the same Work Order and PROLink
● Transfer items from PROLink to a Purchase Order in TRACS, useful for non-vehicle or Work Order specific items
● Ability to turn off the transferring of notes from PROLink
Schedule/Calendar
● Ability to set the shop’s operating hours
● Schedule now reflects the set operating hours
● Month View now includes the appointments and the Appointment and Hour totals
Alter a Job on the Work Order
● Ability to drag and drop Items into a Job on the Work Order
● Ability to delete Items from a Job on a Work Order
New Manager's Dashboard Overridden Work Orders dashboard
● This newly reworked dashboard now allows the tracking of changes on all Work Orders
○ Tracks changes to all Item types that affect totals (Labor, Parts, Sublets, Tires, Wheels, and Charges)
○ Tracks changes to Work Order Line Item Cost, List, Quantity, Actual Hours, and Billed Hours fields
