TRACS Enterprise 3.2

We are pleased to announce the release of TRACS Enterprise version 3.2. Below is a list of the new features and enhancements since the release of 3.1.

New Features

Enhanced Accounts Receivable

● Enhanced functionality to apply Credits and Debits

○ Payments taken the Work Order process are automatically applied to the WO

○ Payments taken in Accounts Receivable can be applied to one or more Invoices

● Optional utility to apply historical matching payments and invoices for ALL customers

● Auto Apply in Accounts Receivable for individual customers

● New checkbox in the payment window to “Charge” an Invoice

● Work Order print out now includes Repair Total, Payment, and Balance Due

● New Report – Daily AR Invoices, report to show all unpaid or balance due Invoices by date or date range

Texting

● TRACS Enterprise now has a Texting module to enable communication with your customers via text messaging. Click here for more information and how to sign up for this new module

● Text directly from the Work Order and attach a copy of the WO to the text message

● Send Approval requests via text message

● Send Appointment Reminders via text message

● Create your own message templates

● Stay up to date with all shop messages via the Message Center

Enhancements

Approvals – Purchase Order number added to the list of Approval types

Item Quantities – new selection when right clicking on an Item in the Work Order. Displays the available quantity for the selected Item

New Report – Enterprise Sales by Category, the Sales by Category report is now available in Enterprise Reports for multi-location TRACS Enterprise shops

New Report – Received Stock Order, report to show all received Stock Orders by data or date range, sorted by Vendor

New Security/Permissions Settings - Allowed to Override or Delete Shop Supplies and Hazmat

Purchase Order – When the "For WO #" field is populated in the Purchase Order, the populated information is shown when the Purchase Order is printed

TRACS System Notifications and Alerts - TRACS will be able to send real time notifications to all TRACS workstations running 3.2 and higher

Updated Report – Technician Time Sheet Report now includes number of Invoices per technician

Numerous other functional and performance enhancements
