TRACS Enterprise 4.0
We are pleased to announce the release of TRACS Enterprise version 4.0. Below is a list of the new features and enhancements since the release of 3.5.
Windows 7, 8, and 8.1 are no longer supported operating systems. If you are running your TRACS Enterprise system on one of these operating systems, you need to update your system and/or computer(s) to ensure you can continue running TRACS Enterprise without issue.
New Features
Work in Progress
● New user customizable Work Order substatuses
○ Create and add substatuses and substatus color coding in Settings > Preferences > WIP
● Substatuses now shown on the Work Orders and in Work Order list
WHI Nexpart Multi-Seller
● Integration with the Nexpart eCatalog and eCommerce interface for automotive aftermarket, original equipment, and heavy-duty suppliers
○ Existing Nexpart Multi-Seller user? Enter your Nexpart credentials in Settings > Preferences > Catalogs > Nexpart
■ To setup Nexpart Vendors in TRACS, gather you Nexpart Vendor Usernames in your Nexpart Account and enter them in your TRACS Vendors

TRACS Mobile Reporting
● A new KPI Dashboard available on a mobile device
○ KPIs for Sales, Car Count, Profitability, and Effective Labor Rate available with Week, Month, and Year comparisons
○ Available at https://mobile.napatracs.com
○ Business email along with a TRACS username and password required for login
Enhancements
Work Order
● Default Line Item
○ Select a Line Item to be included upon the creation of each new Work Order
● Auto Transfer Vehicle Fluid Data
○ Have the Vehicle Fluid Capacities automatically transfer to a new Work Order
● Subtotals on Work Order Print Outs
○ User defined option to include Subtotals on the Work Order print out
● Vehicle Notes on the Job Ticket
○ Print setting to turn this on or off
● “Clear All Items on this Work Order or Sub Estimate”
○ Added a user notification to accept or decline the clearing of the work order line items
Third Party DVI Integration
● Open the DVI application for AutoServe1 inside of TRACS Enterprise
Reports
● Scheduled Appointment report – now includes VIN and Fleet Number
● Tax by Tax Rule report – now includes Tax Exempt Rule
Credit Card Processing – 360 Payments enhancements
● Card not Present (CNP), process a card in TRACS instead of manually entering the information on the credit card terminal
○ Sign up for Card not Present through 360 Payments to receive the authentication information necessary to configure CNP in TRACS Enterprise
● Void, process a credit card void transaction before the end of the day credit card processing
