TRACS Enterprise 4.1
We are pleased to announce the release of TRACS Enterprise version 4.1. Below is a list of the new features and enhancements since the release of 4.0.
Windows 7, 8, and 8.1 are no longer supported operating systems. If you are running your TRACS Enterprise system on one of these operating systems, you need to update your system and/or computer(s) to ensure you can continue running TRACS Enterprise without issue.
New Features
Work in Progress View
● An interactive, daily view of Appointments, Estimates, Repair Orders, and Invoices
○ Easily see the work being done in the shop along with Work Order counts and Dollar totals for the day
○ Quickly drag and drop a Work Order card to update or change the status
● New user customizable Work Order sub statuses
○ Create and add sub statuses and sub status color coding
TRACS Home Screen
● A new Home Screen in TRACS Enterprise designed to provide you with access What’s New, Release Notes, Training Videos, Partner Profiles, and more
○ Designed as a web page and be updated on an ongoing, frequent basis
● Includes a Most Recently Used section to open your most recently used Work Orders and Purchase Orders

Work Order
● Customer Edit
○ Autoformatting of the phone number, simply enter 10 digits
● Payment and Balance Due
○ User defined option to include Payment and Balance Due on the Work Order print out
Credit Card Processing – 360 Payments enhancements
● Surcharging, sign up for surcharging through 360 Payments and print payment receipts including the surcharge amount
● Void or Refund, process a credit card void or refund transaction in one easy step
● Text2Pay, captured signature now available for the Work Order/Invoice
NAPA EasyPay changed to NAPA Credit Card
Purchase Orders
● Received Date now included on the Purchase Order screen
Reports
● Sales by Tax Class report – now includes a Total Tax line with Tax per Item Type
Third Party DVI Integration
● Open the DVI application for Autoflow inside of TRACS Enterprise
